In 2004 Complete Development was awarded the design and Build contract for the new equipment and office facility for Blue Diamond Equipment Company of Walpole, MA. As Blue Diamond is a heavy highway construction contractor, their building needs were unique and required attention to detail if their project was to be successful. In the early design phases, special attention was given to the companies business practices and processes. Ultimately, a steel building was designed that not only met their needs, but allowed them additional space within the property for immediate rental and expansion as Blue Diamond's space need increased. This project required specialized design and engineering knowledge as well as in depth understanding of commercial construction.
