FasTracKids is a new children's learning center that has just opened in Gould's Plaza on route 109 in Medway. The 1200 square feet of area was previously retail space that needed to be reconstructed to a reception area, 2 classrooms, and 2 ADA bathrooms. This project needed subsurface drains installed, new walls and ceilings, HVAC, and other structural renovations. With no available existing building designs to work from, CDC collaborated with the new tenant to incorporate all of the needs of the learning center space and manage the area to meet commercial building codes.
