When Franklin Veterinary Clinic decided to expand their operation, CDC was awarded this commercial project based on our historical expertise in the commercial sector. Located on route 140, East Central Street in Franklin, MA, this veterinary hospital has been expanded to include an additional 2000 square feet of area. Within the scope of the project, is an extensive site development, a new reception area, additional exam, surgical, and X-ray rooms. CDC needed to raze an old building located on the property to accomodate the new expansion.
