This duplex style ranch was purchased by CDC in 1994 and extensively rehabbed over a 4 month period. The building was stripped both inside and out, and all flooring, fixtures, windows, etc were replaced. The pictures tell the full story of where this home began, and the final product of an intense refurbishing. This building was retained in our portfolio and subsequently rented for the following 7 years.
